We work closely with our clients on matters related to financing, financial structuring, reporting, and decision support, with the ambition of creating long-term value through engagement, collaboration, and high-quality advisory services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to our advisory business, Cooach operates its own investment company together with external investors, where we actively invest in debt, equity, and project financing. As a result, a significant part of our work is closely linked to investment processes, including financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, ongoing reporting, and follow-up for both investors and portfolio companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong senior accounting expertise and in-depth knowledge of Swedish accounting standards, who is keen to combine accounting and reporting with advisory work within corporate finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The position is remote first, with the opportunity to be involved in building and further developing our physical offices in, among other locations, Madrid and M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your New Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a broad and varied senior position in which you will work closely with clients in both recurring accounting assignments and project-based consulting engagements.
