We do not provide discretionary portfolio management, asset allocation across public markets, or broad private banking services.

Instead, we offer:

At the centre of Cooach Family Office is Cooach Equity AB
— the investment vehicle through which all investments are made.

Cooach Equity focuses on:

  • Collateralised direct lending (cash flow and downside protection)
  • Selective minority equity investments
  • Project financing and special situations
  • Hybrid structures combining yield with equity optionality

Target return profile:

  • ~18% annual ROI
  • ~8% fixed, quarterly dividend (from interest income)
  • Additional upside through NAV growth

Why a "Family Office" culture?

We use the term Family Office to describe the relationship model — not a generic service offering.

Investment Framework –
Cooach Equity AB

Cooach Equity AB is a newly established investment company within the Cooach Family Office framework, focusing on structured investments alongside selected partners and investors.

Cooach Equity forms part of the broader Cooach Group and is intended to serve as an investment vehicle for long-term capital deployment in accordance with the group’s strategy and governance principles. Read more here. (Link to “This is Cooach Equity”) 

  • Investments are structured through units consisting of a combination of preference shares and ordinary shares.
  • Capital commitments may be structured with an initial payment at subscription and a potential subsequent capital contribution, subject to the Company’s liquidity needs and investment pace.
  • Participation is intended for a limited group of qualified and professional investors, and minimum commitment levels are expected to apply.

Preference Share Concept

Within the contemplated structure, preference shares are intended to provide investors with a predictable return profile and downside protection, including:

  • A fixed, periodic dividend linked to invested capital;
  • A predefined redemption mechanism at a premium to nominal value;
  • The possibility, subject to the Company’s articles of association and shareholder agreements, to convert preference shares into ordinary shares based on Net Asset Value (NAV).

The Company intends to apply a prudent liquidity and capital management policy, including maintaining adequate cash reserves to support dividend capacity and operational flexibility.

In periods of elevated income volatility, distributions may be deferred in order to safeguard the long-term interests of both the Company and its shareholders. Any such deferrals are intended to be value-protective for investors.
